Well back to the Spanish food menu, Some places have certain specialities of well known dishes like the region of Valencia for Paella (click here for Paella recipe) OR (click here to view our range of Paella pans and purchase online) , Malaga for Sardines barbeque cooked on the beach or others not so well known outside Spain like my favourite In Segovia Cuchinillo (roast piglet)! Sorry if any of you are vegetarians as the Spanish must eat more meat than the rest of the world put together!

However their salads are much better than in England with much more variety and you dress them with extra virgin olive oil, vinegar and a little salt.

Everywhere in Spain has Tapas bars but for me they are the best in the little known northern Principality of Asturias . Here you can go to a Sidreria (Cider Bar) to eat Tapas with cider but this cider is no ordinary cider this is made with 100% apple juice fermented for six months therefore it's quite strong. This type of cider is globally unique to Asturias and you have to try it to appreciate it even if normally cider isn't your tipple.

All in all you can't go wrong with food in Spain if you like trying different foods then you'll love the variety this country offers.
